Our Strategy Call is not a sales pitch. It’s an operations diagnostic designed to uncover what’s working, what’s breaking, and what’s missing—so we can map out an exact solution for your practice.
This is the first step in working together and is required before any custom consulting package is created.
1. Doctor Strategy Session (60 minutes)
This is a one-on-one session between you and Kirscha (your consulting lead).
No team. No filters. Just clarity.
We’ll cover:
– Leadership stress points and burnout
– Daily operational bottlenecks
– Team alignment (or lack of it)
– Practice goals, vision, and hidden inefficiencies
– Areas where you're currently micromanaging or firefighting
You'll have space to speak candidly about culture, accountability, performance, and support systems (or the absence of them).
After both sessions are complete, you’ll receive:
A summarized breakdown of your current state
Key risks and hidden inefficiencies identified
Priority areas that must be addressed first
A custom consulting proposal tailored to your practice (not pulled from a package menu)
2. Team Session (60 minutes)
This is a separate call with your front desk, clinical leads, and/or office manager.
The doctor does not attend—by design.
We’ll dive into:
– Workflow clarity and role confusion
– Scheduling, billing, and communication gaps
– Staff morale and culture feedback
– What systems are failing them in real time
– Where things fall apart after leadership walks out of the room
This creates a clear picture of what your team is actually experiencing—without fear of hierarchy.
